I have been working as a public relations advisor for a large hotel chain for several years. Based on my own experience, I would like to ask you if you have ever tried to look up your hotel via a search engine on the Internet?

I will give you the answer: even if you know the name and the exact address of your hotel, it is extremely difficult to find it on the Internet.
